These Terms govern your use of SpoiledWifeHappyLife.com (the “Service”), a service providing curated gifts delivered on specified occasions. By membership payment, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.
1. Eligibility & Account

You must be 18+ and provide accurate information. We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, or non-payment.

2. Billing 

Gifts are only billed and ordered once you approve of them via text, email, or phone call. No charges without your go-ahead.

Approved gifts are billed as one-time charges each occasion.

Prices/taxes may change with 30-day written notice (email).

All charges final unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur $5 fee.

Gift count per occasion must be within reasonable limits or additional charges may be incurred.

3. Cancellation

Cancel membership at anytime. Email support@spoiledwifehappylife.com

We may cancel for repeated failed payments or violation of Terms.

4. Gifts & Delivery

We curate and order gifts from third party retailers or vendors on your behalf - once you confirm and approve via text, email, or phone call. We do not manufacture items ourselves.

We preferentially source from reputable small business and shops when possible, or trusted online retailers (e.g., Etsy, Amazon, etc.) Prices and availability may vary

If an item is unavailable after approval, we’ll suggest alternatives or refund.

Gift size note: Larger or bulkier gifts may incur extra charges for wrapping/packaging/shipping - We’ll let you know up front and get your OK.

Delivered via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other reliable carriers; tracking provided via email/text where available.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. Your Responsibilities

Provide accurate profile and preference information and timely approval via text, email, or phone call.

Maintain valid payment method.

Use the Service only for lawful purposes (e.g., no fraud, spam, or harmful activity).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits, gift reactions, or emotional distress). Total liability capped at the amount paid in the prior 12 months.

7. Governing Law

Oklahoma law applies. Disputes resolved in Oklahoma County courts.

8. Changes

We may update Terms—continued use means acceptance.
