Spoiled Wife Happy Life (“we,” “us”) curates and ships gifts. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how we handle mobile messaging.

What we collect

Name, email, phone number, and shipping address
Gift-quiz answers: who the gift is for, occasions and dates, budget, style preferences, clothing sizes, and anything you type as a hard no
Photos you choose to send (for example of a room or style)
How you want us to reach you (text or email)
Payment details are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers

How we use it

To curate, buy, wrap, and ship gifts
To send order updates, previews, approvals, tracking, and receipts
To send SMS: a one-time 6-digit code so you can submit the quiz, and (if you turn it on) a reminder a week before an important date
To improve the service

Mobile messaging
If you give us your mobile number and ask for a text, we use that number only to send the messages you requested.

Message frequency: one verification code per quiz submit (you can request a resend). Date reminders only if you opt in, typically one text per occasion

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Other sharing
We share only what is needed to do the work you asked for:

Shipping address with carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar) to deliver the gift
Payment information with Stripe to charge the order

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Your rights
Email support@spoiledwifehappylife.com to access, correct, or delete your data, or to request deletion or portability under CCPA/GDPR.
Opt out of texts anytime by replying STOP.

Security
The site uses HTTPS. Payments go through Stripe.

Kids
This service is not for anyone under 18.
