We want you happy—here's how returns work for our curated gifts.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Time sensitive, personalized or custom items (e.g., engraved, monogrammed, occasion-specific) are final. No returns or exchanges.

For non-personalized items (clothing, jewelry, decor, etc.): Return within 7 days if wrong size/color/damaged. We'll refund item cost (minus shipping and any processing fees). Must be unused, tags on—email support@spoiledwifehappylife.com with photos.

2. Issues & Fixes

Wrong item or damaged? Email photos within 7 days—we resend, exchange, or credit.

Missed occasion? We resend or credit at our discretion.

3. Refunds

**Membership Refunds**

No refund of the one-time membership charged upon initial sign-up.

**Gift Refunds**

Time sensitive, personalized, or custom items: No refunds after confirmed approval.

Non-personalized items: Refunds possible (minus shipping/processing fees) if return process started within 7 days. See Returns and Exchanges.

No refunds for "didn't like it" or recipient reactions.
